Advantages:

Дом находится на тупиковой улице, крайней к лесу, всегда тихо и спокойно. Много места. Большая ванная комната. Отличный вид из окна. Получилось заселиться раньше назначенного времени.

Disadvantages:

Без машины далеко от моря.
