Advantages:

Все хорошо. Чисто, брали с балконом очень удобно есть небольшая кухонька, кровать нормальная, матрас как по мне мягкий но спать удобно. Переночевать день два удобно.

Disadvantages:

Далеко от всего, удобно только на машине!
