Красивый вид из окна, ухоженная территория. Близость к морю, рядом электричка. много магазинов. Хорошая набережная, много развлечений, кафе, ресторанов.

Расположение к воде.

Disadvantages:

Крайне неудобное место для сна. Очень дешевые подушки, вместо простыни пододеяльник. Запах тины в туалете.
