Большая закрытая территория с детской и спортивной площадкой, на которой также много парковочных мест, шаговая доступность до всех основных пляжей и популярных вкусных кафе и двух сетевых магазинов. Квартира уютная, вся техника хорошая и удобная. Рекомендую!
