Advantages:

Близко до моря, до столовой, до вокзала. Номер чистый, все работает исправно. В дом можно войти со двора и со стороны реки. Вечером приятно посидеть на веранде и полюбоваться рекой. Окна номера выходят во двор, за счет чего создается защитный экран от шума поездов. Татьяна очень приветливая. Встретила и заселила раньше времени без доплаты.

Advantages:

Гостевой дом полностью соответствует описанию. Хозяйка приветливая и заботливая, угощает кофе и дарит подарки. Море в 5 минах ходьбы. В шаговой доступности магазины, кафе, аптека и ж/д станция. 15 минут на электричке и вы в центре Сочи. Всем рекомендую!
