Advantages:

Отличный комплекс для отдыха с детьми, все рядом, сотрудники охраны следят за порядком. Квартира вполне удобна для 2х взрослых и 2х детей до 10 лет, большой балкон, практически всегда в тени, кондером не пользовались вообще.

Disadvantages:

Единственное вечером до 23 слышны объявления жд, но это не критично.
