Квартира чистая, с хорошим современным ремонтом, новой техникой! Двор охраняемый. Рядом, сразу за территорией двора, магазины и кафе. Нет пыльных дорог, много зелени, так как с одной стороны гора Успенка, а с другой речка. До пляжа 20 минут( 2 км). Пляж отличный! Хозяйка квартиры очень приятный человек!
