Advantages:

Просторная квартира, плюс что кухня отдельно от спальни, есть все необходимое для проживания, в квартире было не жарко, из плюсов это то что в квартире не жарко так как первый этаж и есть кондиционер, близко к морю, хозяин квартиры всегда на связи, благодарю Николая за гостеприимство.

Disadvantages:

Ремонт 4 из 5, сложно сказать , что это недостаток, все зависит от потребностей и от приоритетов. Холодильник 4 из 5, аналогично он не новый но с функциями справляется.
