Близость к берегу. Интерьер. Сам жилой комплекс.

Disadvantages:

Окна выходят на ЖД станцию, объявления поездов на ней спать не дают. Мало кухонной утвари. Матрас на кровати как батут, если один повернулся на другой бок, второй будет скакать.
