Сдам солнечную и очень уютную квартиру в новом доме с панорамными окнами (открывается потрясающий вид на море и горы) в Сочи (Дагомыс), многоквартирный дом находится на берегу реки. Сдается второй сезон. Новый ремонт, вся мебель новая.
До моря 5 мин. До центра Сочи 15 мин на "ласточке". Дом находится в живописном месте, набережная на берегу реки, пятерочка, магнит и кб рядом.
Закрытая территория, детская и спорт. Площадки, паркинг. Вся инфраструктура на равниной местности.
Широкий бесплатный оборудованный современный пляж с кафе и ресторанами.
В квартире есть абсолютно всё необходимое для комфортного проживания и отдыха.
Индивидуальное отопление, кондиционер, водонагреватель, тв, скоростной wi-fi, стиральная машина холодильник (2-х камерный), диван, кресло-кровать, 2-х спальная кровать, постельное бельё и посуда.

Advantages:

Отличная квартира, очень удачно расположена, рядом с морем в 7-ми минутах пешком, тихо, закрытая территория, большая детская площадка, площадка с тренажерами и поле для игр в футбол, баскетбол. Сын играл каждый день с ребятами. В квартире все новое, чистое, как будто никто ранее до нас не гостил. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство, теперь мы только к Вам!!!
