Общая кухня (холодильник, плита, кофеварка, чайник) на мансарде (зона отдыха: диван, гамак и телевизор), туалет и ванная на этаже. Гладильная доска, утюг, фен, полотенца, бельё входит в стоимость. На территории большой двор, мангальная зона, беседка. В шаговой доступности продуктовый магазин «Магнит», до моря 25 минут пешком. Также в 150 метрах остановка (общественный транспорт каждые 5 мин до моря). Также в этом районе находится домики у горной реки, озеро, джипинги, прогулки на лошадях. Встретим гостей в аэропорту или на ж/д вокзале за доп. плату.
