Уютная светлая чистая квартира в центре дагомыса. Жилой район, вечером тихо и нет шума во дворах. Вся инфраструктура рядом. По выходным рядом ярмарка выходного дня: свежие продукты, ягоды, фрукты, овощи по местным ценам без накрутки (ближе к морю-дороже)
Квартира на 3 этаже 5 этажного дома. Дом находится возле федеральной трассы, удобно подъезжать на авто и свободная парковка во дворе. Улица ровная, дорога к морю занимает 30 мин прогулочным шагом. Дорога прямая и ровная (не с горы), это надо учитывать для тех, кто не любит тратить время на дорогу. Для отдыха предоставляется все необходимое, при заселении обговаривается что ещё необходимо. Всегда на связи. Наличие кондиционера, вентилятора, москитные сетки. Если есть питомцы, заранее решаем и предоставляем необходимые (туалет, наполнение, миски)
